Padmini Mathur, an internationally certified Yoga teacher from the Sivananda Dhanwantari Ashram, Neyyar Dam, Kerala, has been teaching yoga for many years. She is also a Course Director of one of the teacher training
programs at the Sivananda Ashram. She has taught in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Mumbai, and in the U.S . In Delhi NCR, her students are of all nationalities and ages.
